So, just as a background (and not anything else), I have travelled abroad exactly 4 times and all the 4 times have been to the continent of Europe if you would be gracious enough to include Turkey to be a part of Europe.
Loved reading your post till the very end :) It's infused with inspiration, deep reflection and knowledge! So amazed on what you could do for more such travels abroad! I'll be curious when the next one is out - Shipra
KUN here right? I don't recall that much to write a blog but ya, I can mention some of the best beers in each country. My favourite beer in Europe was at the Schneider Brauhaus in Munich - just the best and pic can be seen here.
And I found the UK to be a little disappointing in terms of beers. Bengaluru is better :P
I feel the same way about Supermarkets! Survived (feasted!) on Sandwiches, Flavoured yogurt, and Chocolates on my Switzerland trip 😀 seeing the neatly kept and almost glowing fresh produce is a great experience 😁
Walking around observing locals in less touristy spots is the best way to experience European cities and towns.
I didn’t have a bad experience with Chinese tourist groups though - probably because they came on their dedicated tour buses wherever I went. They were part of the tourist site experience for me.
An entertaining post! Loved your observations on the economy of the UK, getting a taste of the local culture in supermarkets, and the entrepreneurial ideas. Keep 'em coming!
Lovely post, Pratik. However, you can visit supermarkets and see people scooping dog poop here in Bangalore as well 😊. You indeed have a keen eye for observing such things !

Cheers and thankful for your kind words! Hope to see your blog as well :)
Nice post! Looking at the beer pics, looks like you could create a great guide to European beers!

I'm sure supermarkets will be even more important in Switzerland given how expensive it is :P
Absolutely agreed with point 2 - it frees you up mentally also so much.

Cheers and thanks as always!
Amazing post. Could relate to things you mentioned about UK. Great and apt observations!
Thanks Gagan. Great to know you could relate to some points given that you live there.
